Beginners & Mixed Ability Pilates

Group classes take place in Pound Hill, Copthorne, Forge Wood and Woodgate.

Beginners Classes

Group classes are limited in numbers so as to give you my attention. I use small Pilates equipment to ensure that everyone is getting the very best from the exercises and we can emphasise specific muscle groups.

 

My beginners classes are perfect for those who have little or no Pilates experience. As always, anyone can attend any of my classes as I am able to offer progressions and regressions to cater for those who are more experienced.

Mixed-Ability Classes

My mixed-ability classes are very friendly and have a range of ability and experience. All exercises have progressions and regressions to cater for those that are new and for those who are more experienced. Small Pilates equipment is used and provided throughout the class.

These classes take place at multiple venues in the morning and in the evening. Please see my timetable for more details.
