Service Description

Menopause, at whatever stage you are can feel incredibly debilitating. The list of symptoms include low mood, anxiety, problems with memory and concentration, as well as effecting weight and bone density. In this class we will focus on improving muscle mass, strength, balance and co-ordination through a variety of Pilates exercises specifically designed to support your changing body. The class also provides an opportunity to meet other ladies experiencing similar changes, so you needn't feel alone in your menopause journey.
