Service Description

Pilates is a conditioning exercise technique, often used in rehabilitation because of its excellent full body results. It tones the entire body with a key focus on achieving a strong core, stability and excellent posture. Much more than a physical exercise regime, Pilates focuses on good breathing technique and achieving a state of focus and concentration. Pilates has grown in popularity across the globe and frequently forms part of professional athletes training programmes, including the England football team, as it is excellent for injury prevention.
